“Do you feel a bit down and as though all hope is lost? When you feel that tomorrow is bleak, and you can’t move on, just remember that all things will always somehow work together for your good. Always.”
The days go restless, the nights sleepless. I seek for you around but fail to guess, My heart skipped a beat or two. But my anxious eyes still have no clue….
The wind goes wild and rough on my face. Autumn leaves come down falling apace. All the birds have gone past long before. They will not come to the nests for sure.
When the rays of hope turn to despair, and the night of sadness prevailing everywhere. The heart melts down my eyes through, How much I miss you; I can’t tell you..!!
Gazing on to the sky, I caught a shooting star I thought of you being so so far Down, it calms; at a whispering sound. “Your love will soon be coming around”

Love that is not restless and full of lies. Not a love that is proud and full of contempt.
You told me that you love me. Yet i see that your love is selfish.
Your love is just there so you can get a good sleep at night.
Your love has no concern for my joy.
Your love has no concern for my peace of mind.
Your love is in the knowledge you derive from authority.
Your love is one that only pushes to prosperity.
It does not taste of sweetness.
It tastes of grease.
Your love is like the scrapping of a nail across the wall.
It is like the sound of a machine ridden with friction.
Your love does not taste like honey. It tastes like scented candle wax.
It does not feel like home, it feels like faux pas.
Yet, i did gain a lot from your brand of love.
From your temperamental love i learnt to control my temperament.
From your insensitivity i learnt to be sensitive.
From your earnest pride and thirst for power, i learnt the art of subtlety and humility.
From your many words, i listened for silences.
From your silences i heard a thousand words.
From your manipulation i learnt resistance.
Now however, i am venturing into a new love.
I am panting to achieve a love that never dies.
A love that is not selfish. A love that is not manipulative.
A love that is mutual. A love that understands. Not a love that is always right, or a love that dies at the blink of an eye.
I need a love that is powerful. One that can’t be shaken. A love that is proud but humble. subtle but sweet. One that tastes like honey and berries. Not of grease and dust.

You know the type that starts from your feet making your toes curl. That one that travels up your legs making them shake like a leaf in the wind.
That laughter that boils up in your belly like steam in an enclosed space looking for a way out. That one that literally causes you pain until you open your throat and let it all out and open.
That type of laughter that bursts out like a gush of wind producing a sound which for that moment in time brings with it an amnesia of all the things causing you pain and worry.
So tell me. Have you ever truly laughed?

“People do not resist change because they do not like it. We love change, we get new haircuts every now and then, we change our clothes daily and we are always eager to try the newest restaurant in town. People resist change because they don’t understand it.
It is paramount that we learn to embrace change because that is the very essence of learning. Without learning, we stagnate only for the ever changing world to catch up with us and force us to change; usually under much less favorable circumstances.
Take the steps to embrace change and avoid being forced to change as soon as what you know is no more.”

“Never fail to appreciate the small positive changes and motions you see in your life as the days go by.
Remember that these tiny changes are like little drops in the water called life which in time, slowly but surely forms a mighty ocean of great potential, beauty, and joy.”
“Going up and down staircases is metaphorical for life. For descending and spiralling down in failure and sin is easier and a far cry from the difficulty of climbing up to the zenith. Taking one difficult and mostly agonizing step at a time is the battle.
Now, if on the way up we choose to hang on to, or carry with us baggage, we must be ready to spend a while on the way up, or handle the mediocrity that comes with neither going downwards or heading upwards.”
“When you decide to fight against the wind, to kick against the thorns, to swim against the waves, or tell the thunder to be silent, you fight a lost battle.
You simply need to read the waves, trace your fingers along the thorns, embrace the joyous assault of the wind, and listen to the many words of the thunder.
For only in this manner can you realize the contradictory beauty of life. The true essence of our different realities.”
“Each time winter comes, we swear it is the coldest we have ever felt. Each time summer arrives, we confess it is the worst yet. Each morning our alarm rings, we are sure it is the loudest ever. Each time life hits, we assume we are dying.
Perhaps we humans are far more naturally dramatic creatures than we give ourselves credit for.”
“At some point, we come to recognize that adulthood is not about the freedom to do and undo as we please. Rather, adulthood is a call to realization.
Realizing that your decisions now can affect a hundred generations ahead of you. Realizing that your habits now can seep into your blood, and spread across your generational bloodline like wild fire.”
